The fleet of the V24 Powerboat series, launched just
one year ago, has already doubled in size for 2004 with
15 teams set to do battle for the V24 crown this year.
Fast (75mph), close, action packed racing is guaranteed
this season in the V24
One Design class as teams fight to win..
With the new season fast approaching, it is a fitting
time to mention all the unsung heroes of powerboat racing
without whom the races could not take place. As well
as the numerous volunteers to whom we owe our thanks
for their organisation of the race meetings, the safety
crews and divers are an often forgotten necessity without
whom no race boats would even cross the start line.
Our sincere thanks on behalf of all V24 teams for your
support and assistance! Anyone wishing to assist at
races as part of the safety crew or as a rescue diver
