The V24 brings all the benefits of one design
racing to powerboating. This superbly designed, powerful boat
is available complete with totally standard equipment and
consequently low maintenance costs.
In one design racing, no alterations are allowed
to be made, making the racing fair and close but more importantly
everyone will have the potential to win. The results will
depend on the skill and determination of the driver and co-driver
and not on their budget. For the first time you can buy a
stunning looking boat and go racing with no hidden costs.

2006 UIM Safety Regulations
The V24 is the only one design raceboat that already meets
the stringent UIM Safety regulations that came into force
in 2005.
Probably the single most important safety in
the design of the V24 is the inclusion of a canopy with 12mm
thick polycarbonate windows. The cockpit is formed as a separate
GRP part for added strength. The crew sit side by side with
6 point safety harnesses, one large gull-wing door for each
person and a scuba-type air supply for racing.

Increased power
The V24 uses a standard production Volvo Penta 5.7GXi engine
delivering 320hp with DPS drive and Duoprop propellers.
Reliability
Everything on this boat is standard thus removing the amount
of time, effort and cost involved in preparing often unreliable,
high performance race engines.
Comfort
The ride is so good that the V24 has actually encouraged race-drivers
with bad backs to come racing again! The unique design of
the hull and 'wings' on the boat, coupled with the fact that
the props remain very low in the water give a much smoother
ride than many other monohulls. The constant forward momentum
of the V24 vastly reduces the jarring feel of many monohulls.
